All you need is trust and a little bit of pixie dust! __
"Oh, I've checked that one out!" Wendy declared happily. "It took a little while, since I didn't have a student id card and had no idea what my student number was. I think the librarian was quite annoyed with me." She added with a small shrug.
"Lovely?" Wendy sighed, "It was magnificent. Well for the most part. Neverland was beautiful and with danger around every corner, as cliche as that sounds, made life interesting but it wasn't home. Or at least mother and father weren't there. I sorta became them unannounced mother of the band of boys." She explained
"At least yours, you have a Prince Charming." She smiled. "Peter isn't exactly someone who... you could partner with. He's still very much a young boy." She sighed as she rested her chin on her palm. "Maybe if I'm lucky, I might meet someone who here... who doesn't stare like a baboon...."

Ariel laughed. "Trust me, Prince Charmings aren't always as charming as they are originally made out to be. But I guess I was lucky because his little "unprincely" quirks are endearing rather than annoying. After a while we just kind of grew together. No I don't know what to do without him. Speaking of which, he should be somewhere around here, too. I haven't been able to find him yet, though." The school was huge with way too many people for Ariel to expect to find Eric on the first day. She could barely find anything else around campus.
Ariel grinned at Wendy's baboon comment. It was true. The students around here had no manners at all. It was impolite to stare. It made Ariel feel like she had something in her teeth or something like that. "Maybe, but I wouldn't get my hopes up about that too much. You seem like the type of girl that prefers to have a man with a little bit of class. From the looks of it, that'll be slim pickings around here."
Ariel glanced around the dining hall, proving her point. Off in one corner were the emo kids with their dark makeup and black clothing, sharing their poetry. At least being able to write a good poem was a nice quality. Then there were the kids that obviously ate their feelings, stuffing their mouth. But at least they could enjoy some of the finer things in life. Food was always enjoyable. Of course, then there were the pretty boys who spent more time on their hair than Ariel spent getting ready in the morning. But at least they were guaranteed to have good hygiene, too.
